Overview

LUMIS is a personal, non-commercial movie streaming index. We do not collect, store, or sell any personal data. This policy explains what happens with any data generated while you use the site.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not require any account, login, or sign-up
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies
• We do not use analytics services that identify individual users
• We do not store any data on our own servers

Local Storage

LUMIS uses your browser's localStorage to save the following data entirely on your own device:

• Watch History — titles you have watched and when
• My List — titles you have bookmarked

This data never leaves your browser. You can clear it at any time from the History page or by clearing your browser's site data.

Third-Party Services

LUMIS fetches movie data and poster images from The Movie Database (TMDB). When you visit LUMIS, your browser makes requests to TMDB's API and image CDN. TMDB's own privacy policy applies to those requests.

Streaming embeds are sourced from third-party servers. LUMIS does not control those services and is not responsible for their data practices.
